You're a Sales Manager from a Digital / Technology background and you've already proven yourself as dealmaker in chief. This has led to you graduating into management and coaching salespeople how to replicate your success. However there is something that's slightly missing and you are feeling it every day.

Thankfully a role exists out there where you can continue to thrive in sales whilst accelerating your management career. You'll take charge of a small team of three, build them up to be the best and add new members that you know will make a difference.

Before you know it you'll double, treble, quadruple the team around you. Furthermore the digital, web, software and design teams will be under pressure to keep up with the new business you and your vibrant team bring in.

- Strong leadership and management of others together with the ability to interact effectively with your peers in senior management
- Track record of successful selling and the ability to develop own prospects, leads and pipeline (you will also be selling in your day to day role)
- Exceptional analytic skills, able to interpret data as well as set KPI's for the team and monitor these ongoing
- Bring energy, enthusiasm and vitality to the workplace everyday. Don't worry though as you won't be the only one, this company has it in spades!

You must be able to manage your own sales role whilst managing the salespeople around you and growing the team.
