Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Negotiator. This is the perfect role for someone who has an excellent track record in sales or someone who has the drive for a career in sales.

Your duties will include:
Answering telephones, professionally and politely
Managing a database of qualified buyers and maintaining weekly contact with them
Participating in meetings
Preparing reviews with the branch manager
Arranging viewings
Booking valuations
Qualifying applicants to company standards
Following up viewings
Negotiating offers
Undertaking marketing updates with sellers
Undertaking accompanied viewings with buyers
Undertaking tasks as directed by the line manager

Qualities:
Looking for someone who has sales experience or has a desire to work within sales
You need to have drive and motivation
You must be flexible - not your typical 9-5 job
You must be ambitious and looking to progress within your career
