We are a well established Property Estate Agents based in in Croydon and we have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Negotiator to join our dynamic team. We are offering a very competitive salary of £16,000 - £20,000pa depending on experience with 5% sales, 10% lettings commission.
We have a great tradition of putting the customer first and creating a smooth completion of their property journey.
With this in mind our new Sales Negotiator will be working from a warm desk where they will be supplied properties to find buyers or tenants for from our valuation team. Once you have found suitable buyers or tenants and the transition is underway the property will be passed on to the progression team to see it through to completion.
You will be an integral part of our agency team.
As an ideal candidate you will have had previous experience working within an estate agents, a strong work ethic, a proven strong sales record and it is essential that you have a car license and your own car.
While you will be responsible for running and growing your own desk, you will also be a key part of the team, so an ability to communicate well will be beneficial.
The hours of work for this role are 9am-6pm Mon to Fri and 9am-4pm Sat. Every Monday and Saturday are compulsory with a set day off during the week. You will only work a 5 day week.
The salary is £16,000 - £20,000pa depending on experience with 5% Sales and 10% letting commission.
