Brook Street are proud to be working with a very busy local Estate Agency who are looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator.

Based in the heart of Houghton le Spring with clients near and far, your day will consist of -

Registering clients & vendors
Organising viewings, and valuations
Taking offers and negotiating sales
Seeing them through from offer accepted to completion.

Working in a small but very busy and thriving office you'll be an integral part of the team.
