Job Description

To work from a modern office in a prime location just outside the heart of Newcastle, my clients are looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to enhance their thriving Estate Agency.

Your day will consist of speaking to your existing client`s daily updating them on the progress of their property whilst also taking calls from potential buyers, tenants and vendors.

Arranging any viewings and valuation requests, making sure these are booked in the diary, negotiating any offers and dealing with all aspects of the sale process from first viewing to completion and going the extra mile to make the buying and selling process as stress free as possible.

You`ll need to have a full driving licence as you may need to accompany some viewings on an ad-hoc basis.
