Our client is a Lettings Agency based in Newport, with a successful team specialising in Lettings. They manage a property portfolio for their landlords and this involves full management of the property, which the team take full responsibility for. They boast excellent feedback from their landlords and tenants and have an excellent reputation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
" Arranging and completing viewings
" New landlord take-on and tenant registration
" Managing the move-in process
The working pattern is Monday-Friday 09:00-17:30 and 1 in every Saturday morning 09:30-12:30, with time off in the week.
"Experience with the Estate Agency/Property industry"
" Excellent communication skills
" Flexible approach, as no two days are the same
" Professional attitude towards work, maintaining a professional approach to all customers
" Ability to work independently
" Property / Lettings Experience
" Own Transport and Full Driving Licence
