Job Description

Our client is a leading estate agency with over 30 years worth of industry experience and have developed an extensive knowledge of the local property market enabling them to provide a wide-ranging service that is both friendly and professional.

They are currently looking for two new Sales Negotiators to join their growing team.

You will have an uncapped commission structure with a realistic OTE of £30k to 35k in your first year. If you are money motivated, thrive in a fast paced sales environment and are customer focused this is a fantastic opportunity for you.

The Successful Candidate will have:

" A proven track record in a Sales environment.
" Strong written and oral communication skills.
" A professional, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic approach.
" Intermediate MS Word, Excel & Outlook skills.
" Strong customer focus.
" High accuracy and attention to detail.
" Full UK driving license.

Salary £17,500 - £20,000 basic dependent on experience with a realistic OTE £30,000 - £35,000 in your first year.

Monday to Friday to 9:00am to 6:00pm with Saturday 9:00am to 5:00pm(day off during the week)
