My client are specialists in property for sale and to rent across South West London with offices covering Balham, Battersea, Clapham North, Clapham South, Furzedown, Fulham Central, Fulham South, Streatham, Tooting and a specialist London Riverside office.

" Sales Neg - Experience is essential - min 6 months
" £15,000 - £17,000pa with 10% commission
" Tiered commission structure with % increasing once targets are hit
" Preferable for the Neg to have their own car and car allowance will be provided - We will consider providing a company car for the right candidate
" Monday - Thursday 9am - 7pm, Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturday 10am - 4pm (Every other Saturday with a half day in lieu provided for every Saturday worked).
" X2 Incentive trips a year for top performing members of staff
" Abbeville Village, SW4 is a highly desirable, prestigious location and so the Negotiator will need to be very well put together, very well presented and well spoken.
" OTE £40,000 - £45,000 pa minimum - I'd like to think it could and would be more
