Due to market growth our client is looking to bring on board a new Sales Negotiator for their Potters Bar office

Our client has been successfully trading since March 1988 and not many local Agents can say that!

Over the last 30 years they have developed an extensive knowledge of the local property market enabling them to provide a wide-ranging service that is both friendly and professional. We use the latest innovations and technology whilst maintaining the traditional values that you would expect from a well-established family run business.

Their expertise in the property market ranges from North London to South Hertfordshire and our dedicated sales team are committed to providing a high-quality service. Most of our staff not only live locally but have been with us for many years, our offices are situated in prominent High Street locations to maximise property exposure.

They specialise in residential sales, probate work, rentals and also cover land acquisition, planning, property development and advice.

Our client really is a one stop shop for property management.

A great opportunity to join an established and trusted Estate Agents with 3 reputable offices in the Hertfordshire region

You will have a proven ability to deal with the public and be a good team player, with a great work ethic and a natural sales ability. You will be able to work 5 days a week, including a Saturday and be able to travel to viewings on properties, as well as work from the office to complete other job related tasks

You will be a car driver, with your own car and a clean licence.

£14,000 to £20,000 basic depending upon whether this is a person just starting in the property industry or someone who comes with a wealth of estate agency/property knowledge. Commission is also available, together with 28 days holiday, pension

2 stages with Office Manager and Owner. Looking to start early January 2020
