If so, this could be the perfect role for you. Working at the client's branch in the South Liverpool area, you will be expected to promote a new property to the client, with the end goal of selling the property following an effective, start to end sales process.

Working hours of 0900-1730 Mon-Thurs with an earlier finish on a Fri alongside being flexible to work between 1000-1500 on a Sat.

Day to day duties in this role include:
Building a key rapport with new customers and clients - via clear communication and a honest, sales approach.
Taking control and building your own pipelines of properties across the Merseyside area.
Face to face and telephone conversations in regard to reaching out about specific properties and matching existing clients portfolio's that would match a overseeing property.
Closing sales by effective, negotiating with each client and prospective client.
In order to apply for this role, you MUST have the following skills and experience:
At least 1-2 year's property experience - ideally in a sales negotiator or sales management role.
Able to drive - this role will feature driving to specific properties so your own vehicle and driving licence is critical.
A good negotiator
Clear communicator - comfortable speaking to clients over the phone and in person
