£19,000 per annum plus commission
o Conduct valuations
o Attend and arrange viewings
o Follow-up viewings
o Register applicants, ensuring they meet the correct criteria
o To maintain an effective applicant list.
o Dealing with face to face, telephone and written enquiries from prospective buyers and sellers
o Maintain an effective mailing list for buyers looking at properties
o To facilitate new sales by negotiation between buyers and sellers.
o To assist in the administration of new sales
o To assist in any other requested tasks in order to ensure smooth and efficient running of the department.
o To maximise all related business opportunities to include; Mortgage referrals, Auction referrals, Survey Department referrals.
o Confident, professional and pro active
o Able to negotiate and close deals
o Strong written and verbal communication skills
o Well presented
o UK driving license and own car
