If so, this could be the perfect role for you. Working at the client's branch in the North Liverpool area, you will be expected to be heavily involved in all sales activities within the branch, handling full sales performance and report and monitor to show progression.

A competitive basic salary of £18,000 per annum - this will be reviewed across a pay/salary review basis.

Day to day duties in this role include:
Overseeing sales valuations and market appraisals to ensure all properties have effective brochures, comparable and preparation to produce new instructions.
Following up on all potential vendors to then gain instructions in line with both targets and business requirements.
Maintaining vendor relationships on sales properties in terms of both communications and negotiations as and when possible to ensure sales targets and company profitability can be achieved.
Liaising with internal departments and colleagues i.e. Lettings Managers etc. with regards to the right marketing and advertising tools.
Continuously growing the sales database with new customers etc.

Have a passion for property - this has to be in line with previous property or lettings focused roles.
Sales experience - ideally in property.
