Our Client is a 5* rated Estate Agency business based in Surrey; we are delighted to be supporting them on their search for a Sales Negotiator to join their new office location based in Staines.

This business is seeking candidates with a sales acumen who are motivated to succeed and have a passion to start their career in a fast-paced competitive environment. All training will be provided by the business to support you with journey and get you started within the industry!

Skills required -

" Local knowledge of the surrounding area (Staines)
" Must hold full UK driving licence and own your own car

Responsibilities of the Sales Negotiator position - but not limited to:
" Responsible for negotiating Lets and Sales
" Arranging and carrying out viewings as required
" Establishing a rapport with clients
" Feedback after viewings
" Prepare properties for the market
" Customer service via telephone and email
" Deal with landlord and customer enquires
" Register walk in`s and prospective applicants
" Greeting people attending the office

This new opportunity is offering a basic salary of £12k with a OTE of £35k. The working hours for this role will be 5 days per week (Monday-Friday 8.30am-19.00pm and Saturday 8.30am- 5.30pm)
