Brook Street is recruiting for a Sales Negotiator for a client located in Westcliffe-on-sea.

Due to expansion my client is now looking for a Sales Negotiator for a large independent agency with a strong foot hold in the local sales market. If you are looking for a change within estate agency or they are happy to fully train the right candidate for the role.

You will need to drive with your own transport to conduct viewings and visit clients. In return you will be given a car and phone allowance.

The role will entail promoting and selling a new home to clients, negotiating and closing sales, booking and conducting viewings, maintaining and growing the mailing list of applicants, updating vendors on the progress of the marketing of their home. You will be generating new business through any opportunity presented and going the extra mile to get the job done.

The working hours are 9am - 6pm you will be working every Saturday and will have a set day off in the week for this.
The basic salary will be dependant of experience but the position is very commission based with an OTE between £25,000-£30,000.
