A well established Estate agency in East Horsley is looking for Sales Negotiator to join there busy Land and New homes team, this role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has previous estate agency experience and extensive local knowledge of Guildford and the local villages. This role will involve travelling to various new homes site including Woking, West Byfleet, Addlestone, Godalming, Dorking and Camberley.

Responsibilities:

Registering applicants and greeting customers

Negotiating sales

Progress sales through to completion.

Conduct viewings with potential buyers

Canvassing to generate new business

Follow up leads over the phone and face-to-face

Requirements:

Previous estate agency experiences essential

Excellent customer service

Local Knowledge essential

Proactive and positive approach

Polite telephone manner

Full UK Driving license and use of a car

Hours: Flexible

Hours 8.30am to 6.30pm - 5 days a week Including Saturdays Day off during week for a Saturday.

Basic £14k - £20k

Salary/Package: £40,000 - £50,000 OTE

Plus £200 per month car allowance
