Job Description

Brook Street Preston are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Negotiator based in Preston, this is a permanent position and the hours of work are Mon - Fri 08:30 -17:30

The basic salary is between 18,000 to 22,000 dependant on experience.

You will be managing a portfolio and take responsibility for dealing with vendor clients and interested purchasers within assigned industry sectors, dealing with all stages of the enquiry from negotiations through to completion.

Main responsibilities

To achieve daily, weekly and months KPI`S

To negotiate multiple offers & effectively manage an individual pipeline of deals

Achieve competition targets monthly

Establish network of "Hot buyers"

Liaise with trading partners & professional contracts

Updating clients ensuring high levels of customer care

Manage and maintain a datable of vendor/clients and purchasers

Collate and gather information from feedback of viewings

Actively promote the business and the brand

Great customer service and sales experience
