Job Description

We have a fantastic new vacancy for a customer service advisor to join a thriving Bradford based company. They`re looking for an additional sales office administrator to join their small but busy customer services department.

Within the role you`ll act as the first point of contact for customers, answering queries via phone and email, ensuring you`re providing an excellent service.
You will also process orders for customers; these could be phone, fax or email orders so you`ll need excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
There will be lots of liaising with the warehouse and other departments, checking stock levels for off the shelf products as well as liaising with purchasing for more bespoke components.
Alongside this you`ll ensure all customer information is correct on the system, updating anything required.

This role offers a good mix of customer services and administrative support, we`re looking for enthusiastic and self motivated candidates, with a background in both customer services and administration.
The ideal candidate will have a background in sales administration/order processing for a manufacturing company.
We`re also looking for strong communication skills and the ability to use Microsoft offices, including excel.

In return our client offers a salary in the region £16,000 - £17,000 dependent on experience.
There`s also free onsite parking.
