Job Description

I have a fantastic opportunity for a Trainee Sales Office Assistant to join a friendly and fast-paced team in Wednesbury.

Your main duties would include:

Serving customers and handling cash and credit card transactions
Taking telephone enquiries
Order inputting and administration
General office filing
Reconciling daily log book
Supporting the sales desk with order processing
Preparing Process Order Confirmation reports

Being an enthusiastic and driven individual with a friendly and upbeat personality is essential. Full training will be provided

22 days holiday (increasing to 25 after 2 years service)
Great working hours of 9am to 5:30pm with 1 hour for lunch - Monday to Friday
