Sales Operations- IP Co-Sell Specialist
Reading

Brook Street is currently working on behalf of our Global IT Client to recruit a Sales Operations- IP Co-Sell Specialist
This is a contract role based in Reading for approx. 8 months.

As a Brook Street contractor you will be entitled to 25 days holiday per annum, 8 days paid Bank Holidays pro rota, use of the onsite facilities, free parking and an excellent subsidised restaurant.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000pa depending on experience

Job Description
Sales Operations Specialist IP Co-Sell provides pipeline management and deal qualification support for the IP Co-Sell program, being a critical player in the inbound deal registration operational execution. This role will provide first line operational support to complete missing information for inbound deals, follow up internally to orchestrate next actions and follow up with partners where needed to update current status of opportunities.
Main activities include:
Perform hygiene reviews and contact partners to complete missing information for Co-Sell deals
Perform deal qualification for Co-Sell deals with partners
Transfer deals to appropriate sales team member as appropriate or follow up on the closure when no sales team intervention is required
Set Rhythm of Connection with selected partners to support IP Co-Sell program
Engage with different sales teams to follow up and prompt action when needed

The Business & Sales Operations (BSO) group is the centre of excellence for cross-business execution performance, planning, and sales operations. The team helps scale execution, operationalize business & sales programs, drive business, sales, and partner transformation that accelerate Microsoft`s business objectives locally.

Responsibilities
The Sales Ops - IP Co-Sell Specialist typical day will be split between four main activities:
1) Deal hygiene and deal qualification (40%) - reviews and updates information in CRM system
2) Orchestration (30%) - reach out to internal team or external partner to validate / follow up deal information
3) Rhythm of connection / General support (20%) - provides general support and support special projects.
4) Report and analytics (10%) - produces ad-hoc reporting to support operation (excel based) and report on progress

Candidate Requirements
We are looking for a confident individual who is able to work independently with limited guidance with strong attention to detail and able to prioritized in a pressured environment.
A team player able to collaborate with stakeholders from different group within and outside the company, flexible to adapt as the project evolves focusing on what it is defined as critical to meet the KPIs.
