We are working with an established Distribution company based in Brighouse.
They are in need of a new Sales Order Administrator.
The ideal candidate will have Customer Service experience
Daily duties include:
Processing customer orders onto Merlin
Ensuring payment is taken for those customers
Printing notes for customer orders
Manage orders placed on the company portal
Call existing customers and notify them about special offers
Ensuring Admin processes are followed
Personal specification: Efficiency, Accuracy and a Good communicator at all levels are essential traits
The working hours are 9-5 with a 30-minute lunch
Annual holiday accrues at 1.6 days for every month worked to a maximum of 20 days per year plus statutory bank holidays
