Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Sales Order Administrator, to join a leading manufacturer of hot water & heating solutions.
Full time hours (Monday - Friday)
£9.20 per hour
Duties include:
" Handle all inbound emails from customers.
" Input customer orders into Syspro ready for delivery.
" Handle all inbound customer calls efficiently.
" Take full ownership of customer issues and see through to the end.
" Accurately advise customers of cylinder availability, expected delivery dates and prices.
" Process customer returns and generate uplift requests for the Hubs.
" Process customer credits for cancelled orders.
" Record and process customer cancellations, either taken verbally or via email
" Evaluate stock levels and highlight potential issues or fixes to the Team Manager to process.
" Liaise with Copper Production where necessary on copper orders.
" Liaise with the Distribution Hubs to ensure deliveries are met.
" Manage contract orders and ensure production are aware of quantities.
" Other duties as required to support team activities.
