Job Description

Sales order Admin required in Harrow

Duties Include :

" Sales Order Process
o Order input
o New customer set up
o BSO Set up/closure
o Order Confirmation
o Delivery Overviews - looking to reduce/systemize
o Credit Notes
" Supply Chain
o Brexit Related work
o Delivery Booking In - only really due to Brexit breakdown, DAMAC bulks but under review
o Delivery Issues
o UK Stock - ending in its current format TBC
" Quality/Technical
o Deviations - will become more central but require local management
o C of A`s when not sent via Brande
o Customer Questionnaires - front line management of via PST
o Sample requests
" Finance
o Credit Control/debtors
o Accounts - monthly payment etc
o Quarterly Reports
o Third party invoices -
" Hemisphere/DAMAC which is transferring/ending
" Deviation costs, repalletising etc
" Commercial Manager Support
" Office
o Stationery, entertaining etc
