Job Description

Are you an experienced Sales Order Processing Administrator with experience in order processing and do you have a strong eye for detail coupled with outstanding communication skills ? Then this fabulous role could be for you!!

The company is quite niche in the market and therefore you should have the capability to be adaptable and pick things up quickly.
The company is based near Waterloo/Southwark stations in fabulous modern offices in a busy friendly and growing team.

It is essential that you have experience of taking and processing orders either by email/fax or over the phone and that you can interpret information quickly. You will need a very good eye for detail as many of the parts you will order will be similar part codes and number sequences. You will have strong experience of in house databases and be confident with data entry on various systems.

You will need a good telephone manner as you will be liaising with clients and internal stakeholders across the board.

Your communication skills will be 2nd to none and you must have the confidence to work closely with the Sales team
