Job Description

Our client is looking for a strong administrative assistant to join there team.

Must have good admin skills, strong at data entry and a great eye for detail.

Overall Job Purpose:

* Provision of a professional efficient and accurate employee administration processing service within the Shared Service team of HR Services, working closely with the rest of the HR team, as appropriate.

* Act as a first line advisory service to the Shared Service's internal and external customers and referring customers appropriately to other colleagues in the HR team.

* To provide dedicated HR clerical and administrative support for the University's staff processes, i.e. recruitment, promotion, and organizational change.

* To actively engage in the daily team briefing and to take responsibility for recording daily workload as part of continuous improvement.

Principal Duties:

The right candidate will be part of a team of assistants undertaking the duties outlined below. The candidate will be required to work flexibly across the duties

Working with Oracle is beneficial but not required.

35.5 hours per week, actual daily hours by arrangement
