Job Description

My Client is one of the largest European manufacturers of roof and wall systems and following yet another hugely successful year and continual growth, they are currently seeking a Sales Order Processor to join their Cheltenham office on a full time, permanent basis.

As Sales Order Processor, you will deal primarily with order processing and sales support, raising and sending of purchase orders, dealing with enquiries over the phone and email, message taking, liaising with customer and clients providing updates on delays, shortages and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.

To be successful in this role applicants must demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, good IT systems knowledge, great attention to detail, accurate date entry skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
Experience using SAP is advantageous but not essential.

This is a Monday - Friday position 9am-5pm. You will be offered a competitive salary up to £22K pending experience, plus additional company benefits and on-site parking.
