I am delighted to be working on this vacancy from one of our existing clients.
The company is within the IT sector and specialise in networking.

Your role will be to deal with customers on a day to day basis, placing the orders onto the system, updating Account Managers and Customers throughout the process and tracking the orders through until they are shipped. Liaising with customers and managers on stock related issues. Dealing with shipment queries inline with the SLA's. Dealing with credits inline with SLA's, liaising with head office for product returns and much more!
