Job Description

Our client based in the Rumney area of Cardiff are looking for an Internal Sales Assistant . The role will require a mixture of estimating, project tracking and converting into orders. This position is responsible for pro-actively generating, converting quotations, dealing directly with customers, assisting the commercial team, recording data and activities on a CRM system.

It is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate with a positive, self-motivating attitude, willingness to learn and develop, pro-active and confident, and ability to take on additional responsibilities as well as wanting to progress with a company.

Duties & Responsibilities:
" Provides central point of contact for incoming telephone and web sales enquiries
" Prepare and sends quotations
" Work Closely with Sales, Technical, Customer Service departments
" Responsible for following up and converting quotes " Build and maintain relationships with customers
" Refers technical enquiries to the technical team
" Maintains CRM information by entering and backing up data
" Ensures correct processing of inquiries by following Process Map
" Prioritises Work in order to achieve Monthly Order Intake and Margin goals
" Feedback on quotes lost and improvements

This role offers an early finish on Fridays, commission and onsite car parking.

" Maintains CRM information by entering and backing up data (Salesforce Lighting)
" Ensures correct processing of inquiries by following Process Map
" Prioritises Work in order to achieve Monthly Order Intake and Margin goals
" Feedback on quotes lost and improvements
