Job Description

My client is a UKs market leader in thier sector, they are looking for new talent to join the team to help reach new goals. The successful candidate will be working on a busy Trade Counter alongside an established sales team so being able to work well within a team is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers as they walk in to branch
• Providing high levels of customer service
• Taking a proactive approach to sales and upselling
• Handling queries and generating quotes for customers
• Inputting orders on to the internal system
• Answering the phone and assisting with orders and enquiries

Essential

• Experience within a similar environment
• Experience in Customer Service and Sales
• Ability to build strong customer relationships
• Good telephone manner
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Details

Salary: Negotiable

Shifts: Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays

Holiday: 21 days + bank holidays (Increase with service)
