We are looking for a Sales Progression Manager for our client who is one of the UK`s leading property and legal services company. You will be working within a busy sales/sales progression team covering all client types and their property portfolios. The successful candidate will have a case load which would be expected to be run in an exemplary way encompassing best practise and the SLA`s within the department.
Sales progression caseloads will be dependent on the pipeline numbers for each client type. The allocation of these roles could vary if the balance of the pipeline changes. Focus on targets, good customer service and overall performance. Building good relationships with the client relationship managers, clients, agents and team members. You will be liaising with buyers, solicitors and sellers to get to exchange of contracts and completion target dates.
Normal weekly hours are from 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday, Saturdays on a rota basis. Based in the office at St Ives.
Salary is £18k - £20k depending on experience.

" Adhere to the SLA for tasks assigned with the role
" Proactive sales progression with high standard of note taking for accurate reporting and completion of milestones
" Providing cover during holiday periods
