Our client is a leading Property developer and have built developments which vary from small collections of homes in village locations to large regeneration projects of hundreds of apartments. They specialise in building developments of quality, attainable homes.
Due to continuing growth our client is looking for an Sales Progressor to join their hard working team. In return you will be offered a competitive salary of up to £23,000 + £5,000 commission (Upon target completion).
You will be chasing customers, solicitors and mortgage brokers to ensure time scales are met. Legally progressing plot sales. This will be both freehold sales and commercial sales. You will be producing weekly and monthly reports to board directors using word, excel and in house system. You will also be liaising with different departments to answer queries and obtain documents.
We are looking for someone with an Office Background, Good Telephone skills and Customer services background and most importantly a strong personality. If you are target driven person, then this role could be for you!
