Job title: Estate Agency - Sales Progression / Administrator
Hours: 37.5 Monday- Friday plus rotation Saturdays
My client is of the Midlands most highly regarded and recognisable Estate Agents within the property industry. Due to continued success, my client is looking for a professional and experienced Sales Progressor/Administrator to join their Worcester office on a permanent, full time contract. The business has a fantastic reputation for the development of their staff and creating a progressive and dynamic work environment.
Sales Progression / Administrator responsibilities:
" You will manage a pipeline of sold properties, liaising closely with vendors, buyers and solicitors progressing the sale through to completion and coordinating this sometimes difficult
" You will work closely with the sales team, delegating the correct calls to the right individuals deal with incoming enquiries, message taking and diary management
" You will send drafts for approval, check paperwork and send sales invoices
" You will coordinate the window presentation for walkers by and deal with online advertisements
Sales Progressor / Administrator desired Skills and Experience:
" Previous knowledge of the property market and/or estate agency experience is essential
" Organised and able to communicate with solicitors, vendors and clients at all levels
" Able to work closely with a team but still produce exceptional results working alone under tight deadlines
" You must possess exceptional customer service skills and great attention to detail
" Must be comfortable working to targets and tight deadlines in a competitive market
The Sales Progressor / Administrator position offers a competitive basic salary up to 18K plus performance bonus and additional company benefits.
This is a Monday - Friday position with a 2 week rotational Saturday shift, rewarded with a day off mid week.
