A well established and highly successful estate agents located in Worcester are looking to recruit a Sales Progressor to join their busy and friendly team on a full time, permanent contract.

The role of Sales Progressor is to ensure that the sales progression of properties is handled quickly, effectively and accurately. This position provides crucial back up to the Sales Team to ensure that the sales pipeline progresses efficiently to completion.
This position is perfect for highly organised, confident and pro-active individual with a strong administrative background and a keen interest in the property industry, who will thrive under pressure and rise to challenges.

You will liaise with Solicitors, Mortgage Lenders, Estate Agents, Vendors and Purchasers, providing an open line of communication and ensuring issues are resolved, with the look of eventually managing your own case load of properties. You will ensure Vendors and Purchasers receive a professional service and regular, detailed updates throughout their move.
You will be part of a busy and fast paced office that always ensure the highest standards and results are delivered and work under a motivated team of managers that will encourage development and career progression.

Experience is preferred, but enthusiasm and ambitious professionals with a solid working history in a fast-paced administrative support role will be considered.

The role comes with comprehensive training as instructed by line management

For all the above you will be offered a salary of £17,000 plus additional company benefits, bonus` and incentives.

This is a Monday to Friday role 9am-5:30pm.
