This established, iconic retail brand are looking to recruit a local, professional candidate who has excellent customer service skills, communication skills, able to strive and meet targets and a willingness to learn.
Customer service and sales is a vital part of the business. the team consists of highly skilled individuals who provide technical information to the companies customers. Full, extensive training on the job will be given, this is on-going.
This role is working for a team that has been very successfully running for the past year and is expanding due to it`s successes! You will be required to contact customers who have bought a product from this company in the past and up-sell new products or additional parts. These are warm calls that have been well received by customers! If a customer does not answer the call a letter will be sent out for you to then follow up with a call again.
You will have excellent communication skills, a strong natural sales ability, a can do attitude, strong people management skills and able to take responsibility for your own duties/targets.
You must have some proven sales experience, having worked towards targets previously and happy to make warm calls to customers, along with a desire to earn money!
Your annual salary will be £20,000 but you will earn on average a realistic salary of £35,000 due to commission earnt - this is uncapped so the potential to earn can be higher.
