THE ROLE

I am currently recruiting for a Sales Representative to join a dynamic and rapidly growing company that provides bespoke finance to help businesses grow. They work alongside businesses and provide financial support with anything from expanding premises, investing in new equipment or complete renovation and general business growth.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident and customer focused individual who will thrive in our client's busy and fast paced company based in Birmingham City Centre. This is an excellent opportunity to join a market leading company in an outbound sales role. This is NOT cold calling; you will be given warm generated leads to call from online interest and various other sources.

You must have excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport. If you are driven, determined and can comfortably overcome objections, this is the perfect position for you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

• You will be working with warm leads generated by the company and the account managers
• Provided leads by the AMs and advised on who to call
• Entry level sales rep role, calling customers and generating sales to hand over to the account managers to close the deal
• Progression to Account Manager is possible within 6 months for the right candidates, high achievers with great results

SALARY AND WORKING HOURS

Monday - Friday, 9:00 - 5.30pm

£20,000 - £22,000 per annum

Bonus/Commission with an OTE of £25,000
