Are you looking for a part time role based in a Sales Secretary environment?

If so, my client is seeking a Part Time Sales Secretary to join their busy team based in the centre of Welwyn Garden City, working alongside the Branch Manager.

You will have a friendly and approachable attitude and a background working in a similar environment, with intermediate Microsoft Office skills. Some knowledge of Vebra property software and a photo editing package would be desireable.

The role consists of: Day to day running of the office, including answering phone calls and emails. General secretarial duties, both administrative and marketing. Typing up property details. Accompanying viewings. Preparing reports and letters. Creating and approving property particulars. Diary, database and system management. Orders and invoicing.

The hours of work are: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 1.30pm. Annual salary equates to £10,400.
