Our client is one of the UK's leading printing and garment decorators based in North London with top of the range in equipment.
An exciting opportunity has become available as a Sales / Customer service to join a growing and busy team.
Your day to day duties include providing customer quotes for new and existing clients, communicating with customers handling queries, returns and sample clothing/ printing. Answering the office telephone and dealing customer enquiries over the phone and emails. Converting approved quotations into production runs working with multiple internal departments, Stock ordering for customer needs and internal stock holding and managing client portfolios.
You will need to have- 2years of sales or customer service experience, engaging with new and existing customers. Ideally previous account management experience gained within a sale orientated environment. Excellent written and communication skills, Exceptional time management, written and communication skills, Professionalism and IT literate.
