My client based in Manchester City Centre are looking for a team of people to join them within their Regional Customer Experience Hub on a pert time temporary basis. They pride themselves on providing the highest standards of product quality and demonstrating outstanding customer service.
You will be working in the Manchester Office, in a sales environment making calls and building relationships with customers. You will be working to convert Expression of interest to full sign up through outbound calling and some inbound enquires. To achieve targeted outcomes for customer satisfaction and call handling targets through the successful completion of inbound and outbound interactions with customers across multiple contact channels.

"Provide a swift, effective resolution to customer enquiries and complaints
"Following all compliance guidelines throughout the customer's journey to ensure they are clear on all steps
"Experience working within a contact centre or Sales & Service environment
"Ability to communicate effectively with people from a variety of backgrounds and ages to impart information and assist them in making appropriate choices
"Strong sales, communication and customer service skills

SALARY AND WORKING HOURS
18.5 hours per week on a shift pattern with overtime available
16:30-20:30 Monday - Friday
£9.50 per hour
