Sales/ Customer Service Advisor - start ASAP

A leading award-winning removals and storage company located in North London are for a Sales/ Customer Service Advisor to join the growing and busy team.

You will be an integral part of the team, responsible for being the first contact for majority of customers, you must and therefore be extremely personable, have an excellent telephone manner and have no qualms about using the phone and speaking to new people. Ideally looking for a salesperson that is enthusiastic and passionate about sales.

Key responsibilities of the role: Responding to all Incoming Sales Leads, Introduce the company and services, you will follow up leads by phone and email and responded to 200 plus leads per week. You will also be making service survey calls. Managing sales pipeline and generating new business through research and cold calling using lead generation database. You will also be doing data entry, day to day administration and collating data and information on sales for meetings.

You will need to have: Ideally experienced in tele-marketing / tele-sales / customer service delivery, A great communicator and rapport builder, good communication skills both verbal and written. Experience with CRM systems / database management.

This is a permanent role, full time opportunity located in North London, the department needs to be covered between 08.30-17.30 or 09:00-18:00 (Mon - Fri).

In return you will receive £26,000 to £30,000 per annum based on experience with a bonus structure OTE £10K. 20 plus 9 bank holidays, onsite parking and flexibility with some hybrid working.
