Job Description

A well established Company since 1994 have an exciting, challenging and diverse role that offers a genuine chance to join a growing organisation.

Duties
Assist the company of quarterly service billing meter readings
Managing and chasing of a number of customer debtors
Coordination and execution consumable orders end to end including Sage Purchase orders, sales orders and invoicing
Coordinating the company service invoice process, accurate checking for billing errors and exemptions, raising the necessary queries
Managing the stationary order
Dealing with in and outgoing post
Action inbound customer queries/correspondence on CRM and distribute accordingly
Interact with other employees and managers to deliver the needs of the business and its customers
Provide high level of ad- hoc administration support to the financial controller and management whenever needed

Package
8:45-5 Monday-Friday, pension and bonuses
