We're a leading Hairstylist Salon and we're looking for a super Retail Sales / Merchandising Specialist to join our awesome team helping to maximise sales and partnerships within our Salons.

As our new Retail Sales Specialist your key role is maximising sales of Hair products across over 50 Salons. You will be working closely with suppliers and business partners to ensure a steady flow of stock and to help predict the next big trend!
You will be analysing past and current trends to help predict future performances on different products to help devise a merchandising plan going forward.
Meeting with suppliers will be key in building relationships to help stay current with market movements and fashionable styles.
We work alongside and supply some of the biggest names in the industry so you get to work with some amazing products and people. We'll need you to coordinate special promotions and packages across the group while analysing sales growth and identifying what works well and what lines may need mixing up.
We have great teams in place within our salons, you'll get to know the teams and be in regular contact to find out what's moving from the shelves and what their loyal customers want more of!
What we're after in you in somebody who can look at the figures and analyse the trends. Somebody who has a strong commercial awareness and can take control and make decisions. We're a fun office with a great ethos so we want somebody with a bit of creative flair and a smile on their face.
