Job Description

My client based is looking for an experienced Field Sales Specialist to join their team. Offering small to enterprise customers with mobiles, hosted, fixed lines, internet, phone systems, IT and Digital Services; this is a field-based position.

If you have telecoms experience this position may be for you! Have you got significant experience within the sales environment and a proven track record in achieving sales targets?

You must be able to demonstrate a strong skill set and experience of selling either mobile, IT or fixed/hosted solutions in the Business sector, by delivering complex solutions to meet customers` needs.

You will be a field based Unified Communications Specialist selling their Unified Communications products and services. As a Field Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for the delivery of new customer acquisition targets and sales order values within a dedicated area from our defined portfolio of mobile, fixed, hosted and cloud products and services.

Key Accountabilities
The position is field based, and your main office will be based in North Somerset where you are required to report too.
To drive appropriate awareness of products for all segments
Deliver a personal target for new business
To provide accurate forecasting and sales opportunity management on our Salesforce CRM
Create cross portfolio, customer need focused solutions as appropriate
Establish key internal and external relationships to support your sales plan
Support & Implement the new Business team launching propositions into the UK SME market

Skills/Experience Required
Significant experience within the sales environment and a proven track record in achieving sales targets
Evidence of delivering revenue growth and customer satisfaction
A technical understanding of mobile phones, tablets, airtime products, fixed line, hosted and cloud services

Company Benefits
The salary will be £22,000 - £26,000 per annum with a generous OTE £35k

Uncapped Performance Related Bonus Scheme
8.30 - 5pm Monday to Friday
