Job Description

Our food manufacturing client based in Harrow on the Hill is looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join their team. It is a small company but has a presence around the globe and looking to grow dynamically. They want the right type of person who is hands on and willing to get involved in all areas and grow as the company grows.

With your confidence, organisation, excellent telephone manner and willingness to learn new skills, this could be the role for you which is paying a highly competitive salary of £28,000 and is permanent working 37.5 hours a week Monday - Friday.

The aim of the role is to ensure a smooth order flow, support the commercial managers and sales team and ensure the correct data is in the system and documents in general such as quotations and contracts and you will also support to the sales organisation.

You will be expected to carry out tasks such as sales order process, order input, new customer set up, order confirmation, delivery overview, credit notes, Brexit related work and sample requests. You will also be expected to complete third party invoices, quarterly reports, monthly payments and other accounts tasks.

The ideal candidate will preferably be degree educated however it is not essential and someone with SOP background would equally be desirable.
