Job Description

I am recruiting for a Telesales Office Administrator for a client based on the outskirts of Birmingham. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-paced sales office operating in video games distribution. They are offering a basic salary of £15,000 plus a fantastic quarterly bonus scheme.

THE ROLE
This is a diverse role and will involve sales support office duties, including liaising with customers and answering their product and stock queries and all general administrative duties.
Working within our sales office, you will be the main point of contact for the department`s administration. You will strive to build great relationships with both new and current customers, fulfilling their sales and product needs and requirements.

TYPICAL DAILY JOB DUTIES - WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
Working alongside the sales team, the role will require candidates to; -
- Perform general office duties
- Excel based stock reporting
- Answer the phone and manage customer enquiries
- Preparing Excel sheets for retail sales data
- Complete general Sale Administration, including Website product updating, product set up and Amazon listings.

HOURS

Monday to Thursdays - 8.45 am - 5.00 pm
Fridays - 8.45 - 4.00pm

PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Excellent Computer Skills
- A polite and friendly manner
- Lots of initiative
- A positive attitude
- The ability to think on your feet
- Education to A-level or Degree level
- A proven track record within an Administration role is not essential but desirable.

PACKAGE AND BENEFITS
- £15,000 basic salary
- Quarterly bonus of up to £225 per quarter
- 21 days rising to 25 days with service
