Sales Support Administrator
I have an exciting opportunity to join an excellent national company in Leicester! Due to their rapid growth they are looking for a Sales Support Administrator!
The location: Syston, Leicester
The Salary: £17,000- £19,000
Working hours: Full Time, Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm
" Process new contracts via the authority schedule and accurately record on Codas database.
" Complete price amendment & credit note requests on behalf sales manager.
" Process and manage orders placed by commercial accounts, liaising with depots to ensure delivery requirements are met.
" Operate and maintain accurate customer related information using computer databases.
" Deal with telephone enquiries from a spectrum of people across the business and customers on a daily basis.
" Provide general administrative support to the team when required.
" Provide general administrative support to Sales force.
" Display a flexible working attitude to duties and responsibilities within the department
The right candidate:
" Experience in an Administrative Position is essential.
" Proficient in all aspects of Microsoft office programmes including Word, Outlook and Excel.
" Able to work on their own initiative
" Be able to work under tight deadlines
" Have a keen eye to detail
" Have a flexible working approach and be able to convey a positive attitude to staff and customers.
" Have good interpersonal skills and confidentially communicate to staff.
" Work well within a team.
" Flexibility to work overtime if required
