Job Description

Do you have Sales Support Administration or Sales Order Processing experience? Would you like to work with a leading manufacturing firm know across the UK?

If so, this could be the perfect role for you. Working at one of the client's largest offices in the Knowsley area, you will support the distribution and sale of equipment and parts whilst carrying out key sales administration duties.

Benefits in this role include:

" A competitive, salary of £20,000 per annum (this rises to £22,000 per annum after 12 months completion of the role) on a permanent, full time basis.
" Free, on site car parking facilities.
" Working hours across 0800-1700 Mon-Fri.

Day to day duties include:

" Handling of important administrative tasks, such as order processing, invoicing, booking couriers.
" Communication with our internal stores & production departments and logistics suppliers to agree on delivery dates.
" Provision of any marketing, instruction, drawing or specification material required by customer.
" Maintaining strong relationships with customers

In order to apply for this role, you MUST have the following skills and experience:

" Proven sales and administrative experience within a busy office environment.
" IT skills would be advantageous to applicants i.e. proficient in word, excel and outlook.
" Excellent organisational skills to coordinate all aspects of sales support & administration.
" Must be able to work accurately with great attention to detail to process orders/quotations quickly and efficiently.
" Exceptional communicator, working with other departments that are responsible for fulfilling orders and providing incomparable customer service.
" Good inventory skills and knowledge of computerized stock control systems.
