Job Description

Brook Street Recruitment is working on behalf of our County Antrim client to recruit a Sales Administrator This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding business and provide key sales administration support to join the existing admin team

The initial key duties of the role are as outlined below and it is envisaged that the role will evolve to include further duties over time:

* Updating our internal Customer Management system with sources of enquiries
* Accurately setting up new customers on internal systems at Point of Sale
* Administration of the order confirmation process
* Communicating with other departments to provide updates on vehicles in prep
* Updating and maintaining stock list information
* Completion of warranty uploads
* Completion of intercompany invoicing, external customer invoicing and arranging credits
* Administration and completion of vehicle tax books
* Administration (payment/invoicing) of incurred rental vehicle road fines and charges
* Dealing with customer queries face to face, and also via e-mail and telephone
* General administration tasks such as word processing, scanning and filing paperwork etc
* Other ad hoc duties commensurate with the position


Job Requirements & Qualifications


* Possess relevant sales support administration experience (within the automotive/motor factors/heavy vehicle industry or within a franchised dealership would be desirable)
* Previous experience of completing administrative tasks efficiently on a daily basis within a busy office environment
* Be educated to GCSE standard or equivalent, including Maths and English
* Possess the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both verbally and written and both internally and externally

The Hours
The core hours for this role will be Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm, however, some flexibility will be required as and when needed dependent on workload.
