This is an exciting opportunity to join an up and coming Peterborough based company who are currently expanding their sales support team.

The Sales Support Adviser's role is to provide support for the Mortgage Advisers in this competitive market.

You will be expected to make outbound calls to existing clients, to secure an appointment with a Mortgage Advisor to discuss the client`s mortgage needs and ensuring all records are kept up to date and accurate.

In order to be considered for this vacancy, your professional experience must demonstrate longevity in a previous call centre or telephone-based customer service role.

The salary being offered is £18000 plus commission, with an OTE of £24,000 for hitting your targets. Please note that this is NOT a cold-calling sales role. If you are confident and friendly, enjoy engaging with customers over the phone and have an accurate attention to detail then this would be the perfect role for you.
