Brook Street Revruitment is working on behalf of our client in the Dargan Road area to recruir a new full time and permanent Sales Support Executive

What You'll Be Doing

• Delivering outstanding customer service in every interaction

• Preparing quotes and processing customer orders accurately and efficiently

• Keeping customer records up to date

• Supporting the wider sales team as needed

• Producing KPI reports as required

• Making outgoing customer calls (note: no cold calling involved)

Criteria:

• Qualifications: GCSE Maths and English (Grade C/4 or above) or equivalent

• People Skills: Excellent communicator with empathy and a personable approach

• Motivation: Results-driven and committed to high-quality service

• Team Spirit: A reliable team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment

• 1+ years' experience in sales or customer service

• A track record of building relationships with business and corporate clients

• Familiarity with using a computerised Management Information System

• Positive, enthusiastic, and self-motivated with a "can-do" attitude
