Then look no further! An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Support Advisor within a dynamic and friendly team. Our client is a blue-chip company who operate nationally and have excellent incentives in place for their employee`s.

As a front end advisor, you will be the first point of contact for all customer enquires relating to the companies range of products, so retaining product information is essential. Being at the heart of the office its your job to Promote, Protect, Develop and extend the business.

The Candidate:
- Will be able to retain product information and accuracy when ordering products.
- Will be able to use initiative and ask questions when necessary.
- Will have excellent communication skills, being able to liaise with internal teams when processing orders.
- Will have a confident telephone manner and personable nature with excellent customer service skills
- Will ideally come from within a customer service environment, keeping up to date with complaint and service procedures, knowing how to diffuse problems and when to escalate a complaint.



Salary: £18,000 + 2k Bonus Scheme
Hours: 8.45am -5:15 pm Monday- Friday
