We have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Support Manager to work for a company based in the Darlington and who are passionate about what they do and who are committed to their customers and employees.
If you have previous Sales experience and are looking to support a sales team this is an excellent opportunity for you. Your role will include:
Supporting the Sales Team in maximising understanding of sales calls.
Planning and organising new sales call opportunities for the sales team.
Manage sales handover with the Onboarding and Implementation Team.
Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers and colleagues
Establish and maintain effective communication channels to maximise and grow relationships.
Complete any necessary administrative work including filing reports or presenting sales team with necessary documents.
Provide data and reports to the sales team as and when required.
Acknowledge and respond to emails, texts and phone calls
This role will involve you working closely with the Onboarding team and keep all documentation relating to sales updated as well as updating the CRM.

Due to the client attending different events overseas it would be an advantage to hold a current passport as you may be required to travel.
